We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Stakeholder Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between technical teams, management, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across all organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical acumen with exceptional interpersonal skills to drive project success and stakeholder satisfaction. This position requires UAE National eligibility.

  • Identify, analyze, and manage stakeholder requirements and expectations throughout project lifecycles
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans and communication strategies
  • Coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly understood and achieved
  • Document technical specifications, project scope, and deliverables in clear, accessible formats for diverse audiences
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather feedback and address concerns
  • Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and implement corrective actions to maintain positive relationships
  • Analyze project risks and dependencies related to stakeholder interests and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards tracking stakeholder engagement metrics and project progress
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and negotiate solutions that balance stakeholder interests with project constraints
  • Maintain organized documentation systems and stakeholder databases for easy reference and tracking
  • Support process improvement initiatives by gathering stakeholder input and implementing feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder needs are integrated into technical solutions

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of professional experience in stakeholder management, project coordination, or engineering support roles
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or similar frameworks)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in matrix environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Technical understanding of engineering processes, systems, or infrastructure
  • Experience in risk assessment and mitigation planning
  • Knowledge of vendor and contract management practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build consensus among diverse groups
  • UAE National eligibility required
