ENERCON kan regelmatig studenten een stageplaats of afstudeeropdracht bieden. Zowel op MBO, HBO als op WO niveau, voorbeelden zijn: Servicemonteurs, Engineers (mechanical, elektrotechniek, aerospace, software), HRM studenten.
