Lerôle

The Spa intern's role is to discover how our Spa works and the Four Seasons standards. He/she mustdemonstrateavery goodteam spirit, be flexible on schedules depending on the activity, have a neat presentation and good interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of a high-end clientele.

His/her organizational skills are also a key element. English is an essential asset to succeed in this position.

He/she works closely with the various departments of the hotel.

Vos missions

  • Four Seasons standard training + LQA Four Seasons draping + Harassment training

  • Actsas anambassadorfor the spa,helpingtopromoteit, forexamplebyguidingguestson a tour of thefacilitiesoraccompanyingthemto thecheckroom

  • Spa Academy training with presentation of the Spa menu, customer vocabulary, Guest flow and general Spa information

  • Guaranteethesecurityandalsothe relaxationofguestsandassistthemwithanyrequeststheymayhave.Abilitytoreactquicklyanticipatesolveproblems

  • Spaset-uponopeningandclosingshifts, maintenance of “Men's” and “Women'schangingroomsrestockingoflinenandlockers, maintenance ofwashroomsCleaningand maintenance ofshowers,Saunaand Hammam.

  • Serving tea in the relaxation room / refreshing beds in the relaxation room when necessary. Juice bar set-up: preparation of ginger tea and regular restocking (fresh and dried fruit, tea, coffee, fresh cocktails, etc.)
