YOUR ROLE

You will work as a intern supporting the management of indirect materials for TSSOP/SO8 SSHD Your mission will be to help define and improve simple, practical processes for box management, rubber tips, and needle management on the line. You will contribute to the organization, tracking, and standardization of indirect material handling to support efficiency, traceability, and cleanliness on the production floor.

Main tasks

• Support the management of indirect materials for TSSOP/SO8 SSHD
• Help define a process for the maintenance and scrapping of damaged boxes
• Contribute to the development of a box management procedure
• Create and maintain a template to track box maintenance and scrapping
• Support the definition of a process for managing rubber tips and needles on the line
• Help create a smart box for rubber/needle distribution
• Organize and track indirect material usage, replacement, and availability
• Assist in documenting workflows and improving material management practices
• Collaborate with the team to ensure simple, clear, and practical solutions
• Support daily follow-up and continuous improvement actions related to indirect materials

YOUR PROFILE

• Must be preparing a DUT diploma in industrial engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
• Interest in continuous improvement and data analysis
• Good analytical mindset with attention to detail and rigor
• Comfortable with Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
• A proactive, motivated, and structured approach to work
• English is a plus
