YOUR ROLE

You will contribute to the study and development of a Poka-Yoke system for the IN2 machine in order to prevent the insertion of a 27th tube
Your mission will focus on designing a simple, reliable, and effective mistake-proofing solution to improve process quality, prevent human error, and enhance production safety and efficiency.

You will work with the engineering and production teams to:

• Analyze the current IN2 machine process and identify the root cause of the issue
• Study possible Poka-Yoke mechanisms to prevent incorrect tube insertion
• Design and develop an electrical or intelligent system solution
• Participate in testing, validation, and adjustment of the proposed solution
• Support troubleshooting and performance evaluation
• Contribute to documentation and technical reporting

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Student preparing a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Smart Systems, Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in industrial automation, quality improvement, and mistake-proofing systems
• Basic knowledge of:
  • Sensors and actuators
  • Electrical schematics
  • Automation principles
  • Embedded or intelligent systems
  • Industrial machine integration
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• English proficiency is a plus
