La Direction Juridique veille à la sécurité et la conformité des activités du Groupe, au travers de différents pôles spécialisés (Contrats et opérations, Social, Corporate, M&A et Compliance).
Le Pôle Contrats et Opérations gère l’analyse, la négociation et la rédaction de documents juridiques (les contrats de ventes et achats, les contrats de sous-traitance, les accords de confidentialité, ou encore la gestion des précontentieux et contentieux).
Equipe composée d’un Responsable et de 6 Juristes, nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur stagiaire !
MISSIONS
Rattaché au Responsable du Pôle Contrats et Opérations, vous interviendrez en support de nos différents Juristes sur les missions suivantes :
PROFIL
Actuellement en Master 1 ou Master 2 spécialisé en droit des affaires ou en droit des contrats, vous êtes reconnu pour votre curiosité et discrétion. Doté d’un bon relationnel, vous souhaitez rejoindre un environnement dynamique ! De plus, vous êtes à l’aise en anglais, notamment pour la partie rédactionnelle et compréhension écrite.
Enfin, vous maîtrisez le Pack Office
