Within our R&D department dedicated to the development of train interiors, the intern will support projects focused on developing new technical solutions.

The intern will work on various R&D topics related to material database & analytical calculation tools and mechanics. As part of this role, the intern will:

• Develop and structure a material database for engineering applications
• Design analytical calculation methods and validate them against FEA simulations
• Assess limitations and applicability of analytical approaches
• Ensure alignment with R&D requirements and FEA integration
• Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation

We are looking for an intern with the following profile:

• Engineering student (from an engineering school or university), ideally oriented in Materials science or Mechanical engineering or Composites engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of mechanical design and general mechanics, Composite materials & FEM / FEA tools
• Understanding of project management
• A good level of English is required

The candidate should have a strong interest in innovative solutions and the ability to solve practical problems. He/she should also demonstrate autonomy and rigor.
