Le stagiaire UI/UX Designer apporte un support créatif et méthodologique à l’Ingénieur Principal UI/UX, dans la refonte globale de l’interface homme-machine (IHM) de nos éoliennes. Il contribue à la définition d'un nouveau langage graphique moderne et intuitif, visant à améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle des opérateurs et à réduire leur charge cognitive. Le stagiaire participe activement à la création d'un système de design (Design System) cohérent, destiné à être déployé sur l'ensemble du parc d'interfaces de l'entreprise.
Le poste s’inscrit dans une phase de modernisation stratégique, impliquant des interfaces étroites avec les équipes de développement (pour la faisabilité technique) et les opérateurs terrains (pour les besoins utilisateurs). Le stagiaire participe à la structuration d’une identité visuelle pérenne, tout en développant sa compréhension des enjeux ergonomiques liés à l'exploitation industrielle.
The UI/UX Design intern provides creative and methodological support to the Senior UI/UX Engineer in the complete redesign of the human-machine interface (HMI) for our wind turbines. They contribute to defining a new, modern, and intuitive graphic language aimed at improving the operational efficiency of operators and reducing their cognitive load. The intern actively participates in the creation of a coherent design system intended for deployment across the company's entire network of interfaces.
This position is part of a strategic modernization phase, involving close collaboration with development teams (for technical feasibility) and field operators (for user needs). The intern participates in structuring a lasting visual identity while developing their understanding of the ergonomic challenges related to industrial operation.

The UI/UX Designer intern will contribute to the following activities:
Design and deploy a new visual language (style, icons, color palette, typography) to modernize the turbine user interface.
Structure and document a complete Design System encompassing graphic components and guidelines, ensuring future consistency across all company interfaces.
Create interactive mockups and prototypes (using Figma) to demonstrate user flows and validate usability choices before implementation.
Analyze operator needs and formulate recommendations for improving user journeys (workflows) to reduce the risk of errors.
Document design choices and the associated business logic to facilitate development and ensure system maintainability.
Participate in feedback sessions with end users (operators) and developers to iterate on proposed solutions.
Conduct creative and usability research to propose innovative solutions that meet industrial technical constraints.
Basic Qualifications
Student in a Design, Ergonomics, Human Factors, or equivalent program with a specialization in UI/UX.
Proven proficiency with Figma.
Understanding of fundamental UX principles (usability, information hierarchy, accessibility).
Strong interest in the interface of complex or industrial systems.
Fluency in French; working knowledge of English is preferred for documenting the design system.
Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, with curiosity, analytical skills, and methodological rigor.
