Bij TUI Dutch Caribbean werken ongeveer 150 medewerkers verdeeld over de verschillende eilanden. TUI Dutch Caribbean is onderdeel van TUI Nederland. Op het kantoor te Curaçao zit een Reisbureau, Reisleiding en Musement, Customer Services en Station Management. Dit is tevens het thuisadres voor de Curaçaose crewleden (vliegend personeel op Curaçao gestationeerd).
