
About the Role
The Stage / Production Coordinator supports the daily operations of virtual production stages and production environments, ensuring smooth coordination between production teams, technical departments, vendors, and facility management. This role is central to maintaining efficient workflows across physical production and virtual production activities, supporting on-set logistics, operational communication, equipment coordination, and real-time production needs.
The coordinator will work closely with Stage Manager, Production Manager, Virtual Production Supervisor, stage crews, and technical teams to ensure productions are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
