Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Woman RTW Design & Product Department, based in Rome, and will support the team in the following activities:

  • Manage the intake and dispatch of garments, including vintage archive pieces and historical archive items (photographing and filing them in the appropriate folders);
  • Coordinate shipments of Valentino garments to and from suppliers;
  • Organize and maintain shared spaces according to predefined timelines and schedules;
  • Manage both physical and digital archiving of collection materials;
  • Manage calendar scheduling and timeline updates (Teams invitations, meetings, etc.).

Requirements

  • Proactivity and strong intuition;
  • Excellent organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
