A&O Shearman recherche pour son bureau de Paris un(e) Stagiaire pour le département Bancaire et financier.
Stage à temps plein de janvier à juin 2027.
Vous aurez l’occasion de parfaire votre formation et de développer vos compétences et connaissances en travaillant principalement avec l’ensemble des membres du département.
Vous êtes élève avocat, titulaire ou en cours de préparation d’un Master spécialisé en droit bancaire et financier ou diplôme similaire.
Vous avez déjà une première expérience en cabinet d’avocats ou en entreprise, et vous possédez les qualités et compétences suivantes :
