Position Summary

Support international supply chain activities to grant smooth export flow from our warehouse and factories to our partners’ and affiliates warehouses. Are you ready to be the next sparring partner for customs operation and logistics related topics?

A day in the life of...

  • Support daily and weekly performance reporting to ensure smooth product shipments to overseas affiliates.
  • Support customs documentation management and collect logistics data from worldwide partners to facilitate compliance and shipment visibility.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Costing, Customer Service and other business functions across national and international markets.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making within the International Supply Chain team.
  • Support the Overseas Affiliates team in daily operational activities and shipment follow-up.
  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of ocean freight transportation activities.
  • Monitor logistics performance and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers and external logistics partners.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, process optimization and digitalization initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and support the preparation of logistics performance reviews.

What the intern will gain

The internship will provide hands-on exposure to international logistics, export operations, customs processes, ocean freight coordination and global supply chain performance management within a multinational environment.

What will make you successful

  • Curiosity and interest to processes dynamics in a complex and “heavy” Supply Chain;
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong attitude to work in team
  • Good communication skills;
  • Italian mother tongue, Fluent in English;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel (macro, power query), PowerPoint, Power BI (nice plus).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or GPT/Gemini/Claude

Our Selection Process

Step 1:

Meeting with HR – Talent Acquisition → Motivational and Attitudinal Assessment

An introductory conversation focused on your motivations, academic background and interest in Supply Chain, Logistics and international operations.

Step 2:

Meeting with the Business (Reference Tutor / Line Manager) → Supply Chain Discussion

A conversation aimed at understanding your analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and interest in international logistics, customs processes and supply chain operations. You may also be asked to discuss a relevant academic project or experience.

Step 3:

Feedback

You will receive feedback at the end of the selection process, regardless of the outcome.
