Le/la stagiaire intégrera l’équipe R&D Mécatronique études avancées en charge du développement des actionneurs électro-mécaniques. Sous la supervision d’un ingénieur référent, il/elle participera à l’étude d'intégration et à la conception d’un sous-ensemble de frein électrique intégré à un moteur-roue développé par Astemo, depuis les premières phases de faisabilité jusqu’à la réalisation de maquettes pour soutenir le concept.
Analyser les contraintes fonctionnelles et interfaces mécaniques, électriques et thermiques entre le frein et le moteur-roue.
Participer à la conception 3D du sous-ensemble mécatronique et à la définition de ses sous-ensembles/composants
Réaliser les calculs et simulations préliminaires (cinématiques, efforts, jeu fonctionnel, dissipation thermique…).
Contribuer à la définition des stratégies d’intégration : centrage, transmission d’effort, étanchéité, gestion thermique.
Contribuer à la rédaction de rapports techniques et à la capitalisation.
Interagir avec les différents métiers du projet (mécanique, électronique, système, ...).
