Job Description

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Guest Communication Center Intern, starting July 2026.

Main responsibilities :

Handle incoming internal and external calls, ensuring that responses to guest requests (HotSOS, PenChat, calls, SevenRooms, Shiji) are completed within the timeframes and procedures in place.

  • Manage internal and external hotel calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Use the HotSOS system and ensure proper follow-up according to the establishment’s procedures.
  • Ensure the proper completion of tasks communicated by phone.
  • Maintain the best image of the hotel in all interactions (courtesy, adherence to standards, use of polite expressions, responsiveness) across all communication channels.
  • Handle wake-up calls via the Shiji and HotSOS systems while staying informed about guest data.
  • Respond to PenChat according to HSH standards.
  • Follow customer service procedures (calls, HotSOS, PenChat, SevenRooms, etc.).
  • Respond to and follow up on daily requests for entertainment/video equipment.
  • Manage F&B reservations across all outlets and adhere to internal policies (cancellations, no-shows, groups, modifications, etc.).
  • Monitor and ensure service quality in line with required standards (LQA, LRA, etc.).
