Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a work-linked (alternance) Master in Production Management in an Educational Establishment located in Belgium.

Language requirement: French and good skills in English (oral and written).

Other requirements:

• Knowledge of supply chain and transportation processes.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Expected start date: October / November 2026

Requisite: You are currently following a work-linked (alternance) training course at a Belgian educational establishment. The apprenticeship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.

What will you do?

CO₂ KPI Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Support the preparation and maintenance of monthly CO₂ emissions dashboards and presentations.
• Analyze transportation emissions data from various logistics service providers.
• Identify data quality gaps and opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and completeness.
• Develop performance indicators and visualization tools to facilitate management decision-making.
• Participate in discussions with internal stakeholders and logistics partners regarding emission reporting and reduction opportunities.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance CO₂ reporting efficiency and governance.

Air-to-Sea Conversion Project

• Analyze current transportation flows and identify air shipments potentially suitable for sea freight conversion.
• Evaluate lead times, supply chain constraints, inventory impacts, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with planning, logistics, warehouse, and transportation teams to assess feasibility of modal shifts.
• Benchmark best practices and identify innovative solutions to increase sea freight utilization.
• Quantify potential benefits in terms of CO₂ reduction, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
• Support the development of recommendations and implementation of roadmaps.

Additional Activities

• Prepare reports and management presentations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution center.
• Perform data extraction, analysis, and interpretation.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and Sustainability teams.
