Nous recherchons un stagiaire pour rejoindre l’équipe Recrutement Ingénieurs pour une durée de 4 à 6 mois. Votre rôle, majeur, sera de recruter les futurs talents ingénieurs qui interviendront sur les projets de nos clients.
Vous travaillerez main dans la main avec les Business Managers qui gèrent la relation Client, dans une logique de Business Partner, et interviendrez sur l’ensemble du cycle de recrutement :
· Recueil et analyse des besoins ;
· Rédaction et publication d’annonces attractives ;
· Recherche des candidats sur les jobboards et réseaux sociaux, et développement de nouveaux moyens de sourcing ;
· Qualification des candidats ingénieurs (valorisation des environnements projets, évaluation RH) et planification des entretiens ;
· Gestion des tests techniques ;
· Suivi de votre pipeline de candidats actifs, jusqu’à la signature du contrat ;
· Participation aux forums écoles et salons emploi partenaires ;
Vous êtes étudiant(e) en Ecole de Commerce, Ecole d’Ingénieur ou Université et vous recherchez un stage de césure ou de fin d’études de minimum 4 mois.
