As part of the Europe Regional Digital team and reporting to the Data & AI Department, you will join the Artificial Intelligence Squad. • Experimenting with Generative AI models for text understanding, summarization, and contextual retrieval, assessing their potential within our ecosystem.
  • Exploring Agentic AI frameworks (such as LangChain or CrewAI) to enable autonomous reasoning, planning, and task orchestration.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify, prototype, and evaluate use cases where Generative AI brings tangible value.
  • Contributing to the documentation, presentation, and communication of outcomes to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing across teams.

Required profile:

  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and strong interest in Generative and Agentic AI.
  • Familiarity with pre-trained models and frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Proficiency in Python and libraries such as transformers, pandas, and tools for rapid prototyping.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Currently finishing a Master's degree (e.g. M2 or final year of engineering school) in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or physics.
  • Excellent communication skills in French as well as in English

At CHANEL, we are committed to creating an inclusive culture that fosters personal growth and development while contributing to collective performance.
