Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en Gouvernance et gestion de la Performance - Département Achat (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus SAS sur son site de Toulouse - Blagnac. You rejoindrez une équipe intégrée, dynamique et internationale regroupant l’ensemble des divisions d’Airbus (Airbus Commercial, Airbus Defence and Space, Airbus Helicopters).

Notre service accompagne et pilote les équipes Achats grâce à la mise en œuvre de la gouvernance et des processus, ainsi qu'au suivi et à l’amélioration de la performance.

Ce stage, d'une durée minimale de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en Janvier 2027 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée). Selon vos missions, des déplacements ponctuels sur d'autres sites français ou européens (Espagne, Allemagne, Royaume-Uni) sont à prévoir.

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

• Création de contenu pédagogique & Conduite du changement : Concevoir un module d’e-learning sur les dérogations aux processus Achats, animer des sessions de sensibilisation et piloter la communication interne auprès de l’ensemble des parties prenantes.
• Pilotage de la Performance & Analytics : Contribuer à la réalisation des rapports de performance, analyser les indicateurs clés (KPI) et proposer des améliorations pour les tableaux de bord de l’équipe.
• Support projet & Flux de données : Apporter votre soutien sur les interfaces et flux de données entre plusieurs sources, et effectuer le nettoyage et la mise à jour des exigences métiers (Business Requirements).
• Simplification & Conformité : Participer aux initiatives de réduction des coûts, de simplification des processus et à la prise en compte de l'éthique, des droits humains et du développement durable dans la supply chain.

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage via un plan de développement individuel et un mentoring personnalisé pour vous aider à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Vision globale et transversale de l’organisation Achats d’Airbus, de ses processus et de sa gouvernance
• Maîtrise avancée du système de gestion d'entreprise (Business Management System - BMS) et intégration des enjeux RSE / droits humains dans la supply chain
• Gestion de projet, ingénierie pédagogique (e-learning) et communication interne
• Analyse de données de performance et optimisation des tableaux de bord décisionnels

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement étudiant(e) en école de commerce, université ou équivalent (Bac+4/5 ou année de césure) avec une spécialisation en Management / Gestion d'entreprise, Communication, Achats & Supply Chain, Droit / Conformité ou Systèmes d’Information.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques :

• Gestion de projet (une certification ou un intérêt marqué pour la gestion de projet est un atout)
• Analyse de données et suivi d'indicateurs de performance (KPI)
• Appétence pour la numérisation des processus, la création de supports de communication et de modules e-learning

Soft Skills :

• Grande autonomie, proactivité et capacités d'auto-gestion
• Excellentes capacités relationnelles, esprit d'équipe et ouverture d'esprit dans un cadre multiculturel
• Volonté de développer votre propre réseau professionnel au sein d'un grand groupe

Langues :

• Anglais : Courant (langue de travail quotidienne à l'oral comme à l'écrit)
• Français, Allemand ou Espagnol : La maîtrise de l'une de ces langues est un plus

Our department enables and supports the Procurement teams through management and implementation of governance and processes and by monitoring and improving performance.

As an intern you will acquire an overview of the Airbus Procurement organization, its processes and governance. You will learn details on our Business Management System, human rights and environmental aspects within the supply chain as well as improving the departments internal communication and performance reporting.

Our headquarters site in Blagnac is just a stone’s throw away from Toulouse city center, the “Ville Rose”, easily reachable by tramway, car or bike.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

We are offering this challenging and rewarding 6-month internship in Toulouse-Blagnac. You will be supporting the Procurement Governance and Performance Team on the daily business and on the following dedicated projects:

• Development of an eLearning for Procurement deviations, awareness sessions and company-internal communication; available to all employees of the company
• Support on dedicated performance reports and KPI analysis and improvement
• Project support for data connection/interfaces between two systems
• Project support on cost saving and simplification inititative
• Cleansing and update of Business Requirements and gap closure

You offer:

• Student within Business Management/Administration, Communication, Procurement and Supply Chain, Legal/Compliance, Information Technology or similar field of study.
• High level of autonomy and drive (you will however be supported by a tutor from the department)
• Good communication skills with an open-minded and proactive attitude
• Desire to create and foster your own network within the company
• Self-organized
• Project management skills, a certification or at least a high interest in managing projects
• Fluent in English (verbally and in writing) as the business language is English
• French, German or Spanish will be a plus
