Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en Optimisation des Processus d'Architecture avec l'IA (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus sur son site de Blagnac. Vous rejoindrez l'équipe dédiée aux architectures IT et métier.

Votre stage consistera à agir en tant que consultant(e) interne et ingénieur(e) IA pour moderniser et automatiser les flux de travail quotidiens de nos Architectes Métier et Solutions en tirant parti de l'IA générative et des technologies Cloud de pointe.

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en février 2027 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

• Analyser les processus ("As-Is") : Mener des entretiens et des ateliers avec les Architectes Métier et Solutions afin de comprendre leurs routines, leurs livrables et d'identifier leurs points de douleur.
• Cartographier la chaîne de valeur (Value Stream Mapping) : Modéliser les flux de travail actuels pour visualiser les étapes, cibler les goulots d'étranglement et repérer les activités à forte valeur ajoutée à automatiser.
• Identifier les opportunités d'IA : Déterminer les cas d'usage optimaux pour l'IA générative (génération automatique de documentation, analyse des exigences, recommandations de modèles/patterns d'architecture).
• Prototyper et mettre en œuvre : Concevoir, développer et tester des solutions IA concrètes à l'aide de Google Gemini Enterprise.
• Intégrer les solutions dans le Cloud :** Déployer vos prototypes dans nos environnements Cloud sécurisés (GCP et/ou AWS).

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Maîtrise de l'ingénierie des prompts (Prompt Engineering) et intégration de LLMs d'entreprise (Google Gemini Enterprise).
• Pratique de la modélisation et de l'optimisation des processus d'ingénierie/architecture (Value Stream Mapping, BPMN).
• Expérience concrète du déploiement de solutions IA au sein d'infrastructures Cloud sécurisées (GCP / AWS).

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en Master 2, 5ème année d'école d'ingénieur en Informatique, Génie Logiciel, Technologies de l'Information ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

• Compétences techniques :
• Solide compréhension de l'IA générative, des LLMs et pratique/connaissance de Google Gemini Enterprise.
• Familiarité avec les architectures et services Cloud (GCP et/ou AWS).
• Connaissance des méthodes d'optimisation de flux de travail (Value Stream Mapping, BPMN).
• Soft Skills :
• Esprit d'analyse développé et excellente capacité de résolution de problèmes.
• Bonnes qualités relationnelles pour mener des ateliers avec des architectes
• Langues :
• Anglais : Courant
• Francais : Facultatif

Your mission:

An internship opportunity titled : « Internship in Architecture Processes Optimization with AI (m/f) » has just opened at Airbus located in Blagnac. You will join the department in charge of IT & Business Architecture.Your internship will consist in: acting as an internal consultant and AI engineer to modernize and automate the daily workflows of our Business and Solutions Architects by leveraging generative AI and cutting-edge Cloud technologies.

Ideally, this is a 6-month internship and it should start in February 2027 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of:

• Analyze current processes ("As-Is"): Conduct interviews and workshops with Business and Solutions Architects to understand their daily routines, deliverables, and pain points.
• Map the value stream (Value Stream Mapping): Model current workflows to visualize process steps, target bottlenecks, and pinpoint high-value activities to automate.
• Identify AI opportunities: Determine optimal use cases for generative AI (e.g., automated documentation generation, requirements analysis, architecture pattern recommendations).
• Prototype and implement: Design, develop, and test concrete AI solutions using Google Gemini Enterprise.
• Integrate Cloud solutions: Deploy your prototypes into our secure Cloud environments (GCP and/or AWS).

Your tutor will support you to identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Mastery of Prompt Engineering and integration of enterprise LLMs (Google Gemini Enterprise).
• Practical experience in engineering/architecture process modeling and optimization (Value Stream Mapping, BPMN).
• Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions within secure Cloud infrastructures (GCP / AWS).

Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing a diploma level Master 2 / 5th year Engineering Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.

You possess the following competences:

• Technical skills:
• Solid understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and hands-on/theoretical experience with Google Gemini Enterprise.
• Familiarity with modern Cloud architecture and services (GCP and/or AWS).
• Knowledge of workflow optimization methods (Value Stream Mapping, BPMN).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical mind and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Great interpersonal skills to lead workshops with senior architects and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proactive and autonomous mindset.
• Languages skills:
• English: Advanced
• French: Optional
