Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée « Contrôle des exportations (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus SAS sur son site de Toulouse Blagnac. Vous rejoindrez le département « Export Control » en charge de protéger l'entreprise, ses actionnaires et ses salariés contre les risques liés aux règles de contrôle des exportations, à la réglementation du commerce international ainsi qu'aux lois et régimes de sanctions.

Votre stage consistera à soutenir la conformité en matière de contrôle des exportations pour l'ensemble des programmes commerciaux et militaires d'Airbus, notamment le déploiement des TCP, les autorisations réglementaires, l'analyse de conformité et le reporting.

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en Janvier 2027 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

  • Soutien à la création et au déploiement des TCP : Apporter un soutien à la mise en œuvre et au suivi des plans de contrôle technologique (Technology Control Plans - TCP) pour les programmes et entités juridiques critiques d'Airbus.
  • Gestion des autorisations réglementaires : Aider à la vérification et à la gestion des certificats d'utilisateur final (End User Certificates - EUC) et assister l'équipe dans le rassemblement des informations pour les demandes de licences d'exportation.
  • Analyse de conformité : Participer à l'interprétation et à l'application des clauses de contrôle des exportations (EC clauses) dans les contrats commerciaux et soutenir les processus de diligence raisonnable (due diligence).
  • Reporting & suivi : Assurer la collecte et la compilation des données de reporting destinées aux autorités compétentes et au management interne, et contribuer à la mise à jour des indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs).

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

  • Compréhension des exigences relatives aux licences d'exportation, des demandes de licences et de la gestion de leur cycle de vie.
  • Interprétation des exigences de contrôle des exportations et application pratique dans un contexte industriel et juridique complexe.
  • Analyse de données stratégiques (volumes de licences, tendances, backlog, KPIs) et gestion des parties prenantes internes et externes.

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en Bac +5 en Droit, Science Politique, Relations Internationales, Défense, Management, Commerce International ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

  • Compétences techniques :

○ Formation théorique ou académique solide en Droit, Relations Internationales, Défense ou Commerce International.

○ Sensibilité aux problématiques réglementaires, géopolitiques et de conformité internationale (Export Control, sanctions).

○ Aisance dans la manipulation et l'analyse de données (Excel, reporting, KPIs).

  • Soft Skills :

○ Rigueur, esprit d'analyse et sens de la confidentialité.

○ Excellente communication orale et écrite, capacités d'adaptation et esprit d'équipe.

  • Langues :

○ Anglais : Avancé

○ Français : Courant.

Your mission :

An internship opportunity titled : « Export Control (M/F) » has just opened at Airbus SAS located in Toulouse Blagnac. You will join the Export Control department in charge of protecting the company, its shareholders, and employees from risks related to export control rules, international trade regulations, as well as laws and sanctions regimes.

Your internship will consist in supporting export control compliance across all Airbus commercial and military programmes, including Technology Control Plans (TCP) deployment, regulatory authorisations, compliance analysis, and reporting.

Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in January 2027 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

  • Support TCP creation and deployment: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Technology Control Plans (TCPs) for critical Airbus programs and legal entities.
  • Regulatory authorisations management: Help verify and manage End User Certificates (EUCs) and assist the team in gathering necessary information for export license applications.
  • Compliance analysis: Participate in interpreting and applying Export Control clauses (EC clauses) in commercial contracts, and support due diligence processes during customer and supplier onboarding.
  • Reporting & tracking: Ensure regular collection, compilation, and submission of reporting data for competent authorities and internal management, and contribute to updating the team's KPIs.

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

  • Understanding export licensing requirements, license applications, supporting documentation, and license lifecycle management.
  • Interpreting Export Control requirements and applying them to real-world corporate situations.
  • Data analysis through evaluating license volumes, trends, backlog, and performance metrics, alongside cross-functional stakeholder management.

Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing a Master 2 / Bac+5 degree (or equivalent) in Law, Political Science, International Relations, Defense, Management, International Business or a related field.

You possess the following competences:

  • Technical skills :

○ Solid academic background in Law, International Relations, Defense, or International Business.

○ Strong interest and awareness of regulatory compliance, geopolitical issues, and international sanctions/export controls.

○ Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting tools (Excel, reporting, KPIs).

  • Soft Skills :

○ Rigor, strong analytical mindset, and high sense of confidentiality.

○ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptability, and team spirit.

  • Langues :

○ English : Advanced / Fluent.

○ French : Fluent.
