In this challenging role you will beengagedblock level and sub-system level design and timing optimization and supervising their layout.

You willbe alsoworking withLogicTeam to explain and support the array functionality.

You will be working with project teams to define full-chip floorplan and how to fit and place core circuitsinfullchiplevel.

You willbe alsoworking with Technology develop tofinalizearray waveforms.

I Inaddition to design activities you will be heavilyengagedcircuit optimization from base cells all the way to full-chip level usingwidevariety of simulation tools such as HSPICE, Fast SPICE andncverilog

I In addition to design activities you will mentor junior Design to grow-up.

Last but notleastyouare responsible fordocumenting block level and sub-system level Micro-ArchitectureSpec(MAS)in accordance withvarietyof industry standards such as ISO26262.

A deepunderstanding and knowledgeof digital, analog andmixessignal circuit design, CMOS device physics, Flash cell array functionality.

Requirements:

• MS/PhD +2to6years or BS +6to 10years of experience in semiconductor industry.

• Deep knowledge and understanding of digital,analogand mixed signal circuits.

• Deep knowledge of CMOS device physics.

Deep knowledge of FLASH array and reliabilitymechanism

Deep Knowledge of analog and digital simulation tools such as HSPICE, Fast SPICE andncVerilog

• Strong verbal communication skills (English)

• Interested and motivated to work as an engineer on sophisticated systems-level products

• Ability toestablishand maintain good relationships with colleagues

• Individualmust have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.

• Self-motivated, self-directed, anda teamplayer (on the same team and outside of the team).

• Understanding of computer architecture, storagedevicesand NAND memory

• Familiarity with AI‑assisted tools to improve engineering productivity and documentation

• Ability to critically review AI‑generated outputs using sound engineering judgment
