Position Purpose
At Saint Francis Hospital, Staffing / Scheduling Coordinator will be performing a wide range of clerical and administrative duties specific to the needs of Nursing Managers.
What you will do:
Develops and posts schedules while assisting with the staffing of the Nursing Department.
Maintains accurate timekeeping records and assists with payroll responsibilities in Kronos.
Ensures accurate licensure information for temporary staff (travelers and pool RN's) in all assigned departments
Minimum Qualifications
Education Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Business school or Associate Degree in Business preferred.
Certification Certification as a Healthcare Unit Coordinator (HUC) preferred.
Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
Experience in hospital scheduling or equivalent experience preferred.
Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
