What You'll Do

• Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure consistent client coverage
• Match caregivers with client needs, schedules, and availability
• Communicate schedule updates with clients and caregivers
• Assist with caregiver recruiting and onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and office documentation
• Work closely with the office team to provide excellent client and caregiver service

What We're Looking For

• Must live within approximately 10–15 minutes of our Pottsville office
• Staffing, scheduling, or office experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance required
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
