Job Description

Under the direction of Supervisor, Provides staffing and scheduling support to nursing leaders for licensed staff roles. You will verify licenses, and certification. You will serve as a liaison between the nursing administration department, and other hospital departments in assisting nursing administration with reports, staffing variances, and scheduling and actively participating in recruitment activities for nursing services.

  • Provide staffing and scheduling support to nursing leaders for licensed healthcare staff under the direction of the Supervisor.
  • Verify and maintain records of employee licenses, certifications, and credentialing requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Serve as a liaison between Nursing Administration and other hospital departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
  • Assist Nursing Administration in preparing reports, monitoring staffing variances, and supporting workforce scheduling activities.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts for nursing services, including candidate engagement and staffing support initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience:
    • Must be familiar with medical terminology, and
    • have experience with the use of a computer.
