Staffing Coordinator | Brooklyn, NY · $23–$27/hr

About the Role:

A growing home health care agency is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to schedule home health aides, maintain patient coverage, and support daily coordination operations.

Pay: $23–$27/hour

Schedule: Full-time, in person. Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm and Friday 9am–4pm. On-call duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage aide schedules, assign cases, arrange replacements, and resolve coverage issues
• Communicate with aides and facilities about patient needs and schedule changes
• Track attendance, missed visits, availability, and staffing reports
• Document incidents and work with Nursing, Compliance, Recruitment, Payroll/Billing, and Authorizations to resolve issues
• Handle caregiver concerns, calls, and general administrative work

Qualifications:

• A relevant college degree or proven staffing coordination experience, preferably in home care or healthcare
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance; ability to work well under pressure
