Job Description

Are you organized, dependable, and great at keeping people and processes on track?

Flatrock is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to help keep our homes running smoothly, ensure our team has the support they need, and maintain compliance with company and licensing requirements.

In this role, you’ll be a key part of the day-to-day operations—coordinating schedules, supporting staff, managing administrative processes, and making sure important documentation is accurate, timely, and up to date.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate staff schedules and ensure staffing needs are covered.
  • Review time punches and process bi-weekly payroll through ADP.
  • Coordinate staff trainings and support staff accountability.
  • Manage incident reports, licensing documents, and required records.
  • Support administrative move-ins, transfers, and terminations.
  • Manage daily mail and resident correspondence.
  • Organize receipts and manage token funds and debit cards.
  • Maintain emergency drill logs, E-Scores, binders, and compliance documentation.
  • Keep records updated in FIN, SharePoint, and other required systems.
  • Partner with the Support and Operations Teams to keep the home running efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a scheduling position in a healthcare field
  • Prior experience reviewing and editing time punches through ADP
  • Ability to train and support staff accountability
