About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill our Staffing Coordinator position. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating staffing schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet the needs of our residents
Monitoring staffing levels and adjusting schedules as needed to maintain optimal staffing ratios
Collaborating with the Administrative team to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
Maintaining accurate records and reports related to staffing and scheduling
Providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and internal stakeholders
Responsibilities
