A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Staffing Administrator working within our People & Culture team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Working closely with the Staffing Manager and operational departments, you will play a key role in maintaining workforce systems, employee records, payroll data and compliance information that support the day-to-day operation of the venue. Accuracy, attention to detail and effective administration are at the heart of this role.
The successful applicant will be a dedicated, enthusiastic and highly organised individual with strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail and a passion for supporting people and business operations.
The Staffing Administrator is the central point for workforce administration and workforce data management, ensuring the accuracy of timesheets, employee records, workforce systems and compliance information that support the successful operation of one of Perth's busiest event venues.
This position is responsible for providing administrative support across workforce systems, payroll data processing, workforce systems administration, employee records management, onboarding and compliance activities, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and managed in accordance with business requirements
The right candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail, recognising the importance of quality data in supporting operational decision-making and workforce planning.
This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys working with data, systems and processes. If you take pride in accuracy, enjoy solving discrepancies and are known for your attention to detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are equally important, as you will work closely with employees, managers, payroll teams and external partners to ensure workforce information, employee records, timesheet data and compliance documentation are maintained accurately and processed within required timeframes. Your ability to identify discrepancies, maintain data integrity and support continuous improvement of administrative processes will contribute directly to the success of the People & Culture function
