Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, coach and manage a team of test engineers working on new product test development and test cost reduction activities on the ATE
  • Innovation in test engineering to improve test efficiency and test development cycle time
  • Responsible for development of product test plans, schedules, allocation of resources, and project tracking and execution
  • Work with cross functional teams to develop test development strategy that meets product requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering
  • 12 years of experience in developing ATE test hardware and software for Final Test or Wafer Probe
  • Strong leadership skills with good execution track record
  • Knowledgeable in analog, mixed signal, and digital IC test methods and tools
  • Experience with ETS-88/ETS-364 testers
  • Experience in testing high voltage power management ICs preferred
  • Previous experience managing a Test Development Team highly desirable
