We are seeking an experienced SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) professional with 10+ years of hands-on implementation experience in SAP PP/QM and S&OP modules. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, with a proven track record in shop process transformation.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements, design effective SAP solutions, and drive successful transformation initiatives across manufacturing, quality, and planning processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role you will:
• Proactively and holistically lead,consultand/or oversee multiple architectural engagements acrossthePowerEnterprise Solutions ITorganization in response to disruptive trends and execution of change toward the desired business vision and outcomes
• Lead end-to-end SAP PP, QM, and S&OP implementations
• Interface with business process owners and functional leaders to map out existing and future processes/sub-processes, data sources, data models, systems, and workflows into a common enterprise-wide data model withinapplicationframework.
• Act as the subject matter expert for SAP ERPprocesses and supporting applications functionalityGatherrequirements and collaborate with functional partners for prioritizations to drive the business outcome.
• Ensure compliance with all application policies including HPA, security and code reviews across all applications and platforms within scope.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, working with a variety of teams toidentifyand prioritize ways in which the product can support our internal processes, and our business users in more efficient and effective ways Maintain relationships with key business users.
• Demonstrate ability to influence functional and development partners through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills.
• Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology,including Agentic and Generative AI,industryand market trends toassistin project developmentfor the Enterprise Solutions team.
• Organize project teamscomprising frominternal and external technical and functional expertsManage program execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams.
Education Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.
• A minimum of 6years of SAP Implementations in PP/QM modules
• Strong expertise in around S &OP Process
• Strong global team player. Self-starter - requires minimal direction toaccomplishgoals
• Strongtrack recordof understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies and / or industry activities.
• Ability to manage third party partner teams to drive successful business outcomes.
• Proactively engages with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analysis skills and best practices.Findsimportant patterns inseemingly unrelatedinformation.
