About The Role:
General Motors is transforming how we develop and validate vehicle Body embedded controls and software as we move toward our Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions, Zero Congestion vision. We are seeking a Staff Systems Architect – Body Controls Co‑Simulation to lead the technical architecture of our Body domain Co-Simulation (CoSim) environments within the Virtualization & SIL Integration (VnSI) organization.
In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end CoSim architecture for Body controls (vehicle access, cabin thermal, occupant positioning, occupant protection, lighting, visibility, vehicle state, and related functions), define and govern CoSim packages, and lead variant and configuration management across programs and model years. You will partner closely with Software‑in‑the‑Loop (SIL) Simulation Integration Engineers (SIEs) and Dev Leads, System Integration Architects, Software Architects, and SW Quality Architects to ensure our CoSim solutions are scalable, robust, and fully integrated into continuous integration (CI) pipelines for GM’s Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) Architecture.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $147,000 to $196,600. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
