Your new responsibilities

To be responsible for the preparation and consolidation on all the customer forecast and demand
Maintain contact with customers to ensure proper execution of their requirements/requests and serve as their liaison with the appropriate departments for action.
Provide customers with updated information and delivery status
Protect the Company and all Company information against unauthorized disclosure, eavesdropping and legal exposure
Coordinate shipping activity to meet on-time delivery: ground & air transportation
Review all orders and communicate any changes to “Terms and Conditions”, product pricing, special shipping instructions, configuration changes and quality requirements throughout the organization
Process sale orders from customers through web-based system

Who we are looking for

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Process strong analytic and problem-solving skills with good skills in Microsoft Office, SAP, etc
Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
