Staff Specialist Rewards & Benefits (Nonthaburi)
Location: Nonthaburi, Thailand
Salary: 60K - 80K THB | Permanent
About the Role
We are seeking a
Rewards & Benefits professional to support the design, administration, and
improvement of compensation and benefits programs in a multinational
environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on
compensation and benefits matters to HR and managers
- Support salary reviews,
incentive programs, and job mapping exercises
- Review and manage employee
benefits offerings for compliance and competitiveness
- Analyze market data and
generate insights for decision-making
- Support communication and
policy implementation for managers and employees
- Ensure compliance with local
labour laws and global standards
- Drive process improvements to
streamline workflows and enhance experience
- Contribute to global/local
projects on compensation & benefits
- Manage vendors to ensure
efficiency and cost savings
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in
HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in
compensation & benefits (MNC experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of C&B
principles and labor laws
- Analytical mindset with
strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent English
communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in HR systems
(SAP, SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Excel/Tableau
