Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

  • NPI Projects Sample Management and Ramp Production

  • Lead ramp-up teams in complex supply chain scenarios

  • Manage NPI sample builds and ramp production, ensuring on-time delivery aligned with customer demand

  • Lead engineering sample forecasting (ESFC), wafer starts, and build tracking across Frontend and Backend operations

  • Coordinate capacity planning, slot bookings, and material readiness to support smooth engineering and ramp-up activities

  • Drive ramp-up strategies, safe launches, and early production readiness in complex supply chain environments

  • Champion cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless transition from development to volume production

  • Product Creation in Master Data

  • Set up and update master data according to product phase milestones

  • Enable milestone releases in product BNRs upon milestone achievement

  • Business Change Management (BCM)

  • Act as a project manager for the BCM flow by taking full ownership of project till closure

  • Set up customer PCN sample strategies

  • Review and assess qualification plans

  • Align with Demand Management (DM) during product ramp-up or ramp-down situations

  • Generate and distribute PCNs (Product Change Notifications)

  • Compile and provide customer support documentation

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial management or any related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in semiconductor industry especially in NPI Technical Program/Project Manager, Process Integration, Supply Chain Specialist or Ramp Up Specialist

  • Experience in semiconductor engineering and production processes

  • Experience in operating in a fast-paced, evolving ambiguous environment and adjust to changing business needs and priorities

  • Experience leading cross functional team to meet the project deliverables, excellent communication, collaboration and stake holder management skills

  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end program life cycle, NPI, Engineering Sample management, product life cycle management, or similar roles

  • Strong command for program governance, ability to drive new business process, continuous improvements & innovations

  • Advanced problem-solving skill, analyse performance trends and bottlenecks, risk mitigation and ability to drive task forces into resolution

  • Advanced proficiency in BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI etc)

  • Familiarity with LEAN, Six Sigma or Agile methodologies is a plus

  • Familiarity with automation tools, workflow systems is a plus

  • PMP certification is an added advantage
