Your role

• We are looking for a motivated Product Marketing Manager (PMG) to drive business growth and product strategy for next-generation power semiconductor solutions.
• The successful candidate will work closely with customers, sales, marketing, application engineering, and product development teams to identify market opportunities, develop growth strategies, and support the successful adoption of Infineon solutions across AI Datacenter, Telecom, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), and Robotics applications.
• This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals with a solid technical background who are interested in expanding their impact into business development, product strategy, and market leadership.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Drive business growth and customer engagement in AI Datacenter, Telecom, ESS, and Robotics markets.
• Analyze market trends and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, and go-to-market activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners to accelerate design wins and market adoption.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Power Electronics, or a related discipline.
• Experience
• 3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Application Engineering, Field Application Engineering, System Engineering, or related roles.
• Experience in semiconductor, power electronics, industrial power, energy, or related industries is preferred.
• Familiar with power conversion technologies like LLC, HSC, interleave buck converter.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and application trends.
• Experience with AI Datacenter, Telecom, ESS, Industrial, Automation, or Robotics applications is a plus.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working directly with customers, OEMs, ODMs, or ecosystem partners.
• Exposure to business development, product strategy, or market analysis.
• Familiarity with emerging power architectures and energy-efficient solutions.

• Self-motivated with a growth mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English.
