The Staff Software Product Manager at WGU is an individual contributor role for an experienced and technicalproduct professional They play a key role in the software development process, bridging the gap between technicalexpertiseand product strategy. They shouldpossessa holistic understanding of both technology and business to lead successful software product initiatives.
You will collaborate withcross-functional teams,includingproduct peers,UXdesign,engineersand architects todevelop strategic product roadmaps thataddress theneedsour students and stakeholdersYou will build business cases, articulate strategy, and evangelize the product vision tointernal and externalstakeholders and cross-functional team members. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent, relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements.Generally, equivalentrelevant experience is defined as 1 year of experience for 1 year of education and is the discretion of the hiring manager.
8 years of experience as a Software Product Manager
Experience working in agile environments
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
