The role will drive cybersecurity strategy through software engineering, automation, and emerging AI capabilities, including agentic workflows and AI-enabled security services. A core focus for this Staff Software Engineer, Information Security role will be on driving automation, codification of processes, and building unique services to enable cutting-edge cybersecurity practices across the organization. This position will have the unique ability to build enterprise-grade software that transforms information security practices. As part of the role, you will explore how LLMs, AI agents, tool-calling, and emerging interoperability standards can safely automate and augment cybersecurity at enterprise scale. We are interested in someone who is willing to challenge the status quo. How can we automate driving “zero-trust” into enterprise architecture? How can we enhance patching and vulnerability management? How can we automate identification of security issues and their remediations? How can AI be applied to information security? Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $143,000.00-190,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
