The ideal candidate brings strong experience withhybrid mobile app development withionicframework, Angular, AWS services, API development,lambdas, and eventdriven architectures, with a demonstrated focus on securitymodels such as OIDC and OAuth token security,resiliency, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build andmaintainthe features of enterprise mobileappusingionic frameworkand API integrations using AWS technologies.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, test coverage, and adherence to engineering standards.

• Design and develop modern, usercentricMobile UIcomponents following frontend best practices and accessibility guidelines.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple platforms built usingIonic, Java, Angular,AWS,UNIX

• Develop and deploy solutions using AWS cloud serviceslike AWS Lambda

• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, and performance.

• Participate in Agile developmentprocesses, Partner with stakeholders to define technical requirementsand deliver high-quality solutions.

• Assistin documenting solutions, processes, and best practices.

• Drive continuous improvement and introduce innovative ideas that bring measurable business impact.Build POCs and prototypes tovalidateideas and accelerate delivery.

• Provide technical leadership to Scrum Teams, ensuring the integrity of the application architecture.

• Implement the overall technical vision, considering cross-functional impacts and integration across the organization.

• Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for the mobile app and its architecture.

• Oversee the delivery of the mobile app and its backend infrastructure through the software development life cycle.

• Ensure quality assurance metrics are met for application testing.

• Address technical issues and risks proactively.

• Design and document automation solutions in alignment with business needs.

• Mentor and train project team members, enforcing development guidelines and best practices.

• Coordinate with engineering and product teams across time zones to ensure aligned,timelydelivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-9years of experience inhybrid mobile app developmentand cloudautomation solutions.

• Hands-on experience with hybrid mobile app development using Capacitor and/or Cordova.

• Experience with Front-End Application Development platforms such as Angular, Ionic, and Typescript.

• Demonstrated ability to lead design, implementation, code quality, and delivery across distributed services in a hybrid environment.

• Experience withsecurity models such as OIDC and OAuth token security, as well as Identity and Access Management products like ForgeRock.

• Solid understanding of Scrum Agile project management approach andmethodology

• Strong problem-solving and analysis skills.

• Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal.

• Ability toleverageAI tools and Copilot to improve productivity in day-to-day tasks, including development, debugging, documentation, and automation workflows

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in Agile teams.
