Must Have
10+ years full stack software engineering experience
Strong coding in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Go, or similar
Cloud platforms. AWS, Azure, or GCP
Microservices and distributed systems architecture
CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment
Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience integrating LLM APIs, AI agents, or prompt workflows
Databases. SQL, NoSQL, object, or graph
Technical documentation and architecture diagrams
Responsibilities
Lead rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development
Build thin, end-to-end implementations to validate emerging technologies
Translate abstract ideas into scalable technical solutions
Drive automation and developer productivity initiatives
Partner with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders
Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership
Support planning, prioritization, and delivery of high-quality code
Promote best practices and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Deep experience in systems architecture and platform design
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
Experience with Agile methodologies
Proven record delivering enterprise-scale impact
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
Advanced degree preferred
