The role:


As a CAS Global Staff Scientist, you will help drive our goals by:


• Leading IDEA and EVALUATE phase NPI workstreams aligned to CAS strategy and businessobjectives
• Designing and delivering researchprogrammesto develop new catalysts,materialsand emission control technologies.
• Managing project budgets, milestones,risksand phase reviews while ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
• Building strong partnerships across global development hubs, commercial teams, businessdevelopmentand operations.
• Supporting customer engagement through technical presentations,trainingand advanced catalyst system design guidance.
• Contributing to external collaborations, including university researchprogrammesand future technology opportunities.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:


• PhD in Chemistry, ChemicalEngineering, ElectroChemistry, Electro Chemical Engineeringor a related scientific discipline, or aBachelor'sdegree with relevant industry experience.
• Strong technicalexpertisein heterogeneous catalysis.
• Hands-on experience in catalyst preparation, catalytic reactiontestingand material characterisation.
• Excellent analytical skills witha high levelof attention to detail.
• Strong planning andorganisationalcapabilities, with experience managing complex research projects.
• Self-motivated approach with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and multicultural teams.
