About The Role
The Staff Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the planning and scheduling of staff resources to meet clinical trial activity needs.

What You'll Do Here

• Review study protocols and develop scheduling plans based off clinical trial activity needs.

• Ensure the review and approval of scheduling plans.

• Proactively solve and/or escalate planning and scheduling constraints.

• Maintain a continuous line of communication with clinical operations teams on the progression of clinical trial scheduling.

• Collaborate with training teams to schedule trainees with trainers on clinical activity tasks.

• Provide clinical trial staffing schedules to clinical operations teams in a time efficient manner.

• May communicate with placement agencies in order to schedule contract employees.

• Track staff availability and schedule staff appropriately.

• Complete and/or maintain training as required per jobs needs.

• Perform general administrative tasks when required.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree and related work experience preferred.

• Good Communication skills, detail oriented, well organized, customer service focused.

• Able to work in fast-paced environment.

What We Offer
The hourly range estimated for this position is $19.00 - $22.00. Please note that the hourly range is based on factors including, but not limited to, prior relevant experience, skills, education, certification, location as well as internal equity and market data.
