The Semel Institute is seeking a Staff Research Associate - Tester to support clinical research studies through hands-on participant testing, data management, and imaging operations. In this role, you will administer neuropsychological, psychophysiological, and electrophysiology-based cognitive assessments, coordinate and schedule testing sessions, and ensure accurate scoring, entry, and tracking of study data within secure systems. You will also support fMRI research by preparing participants, operating the scanner console, adhering to safety protocols, and coordinating with UCLA imaging staff. This position requires strong attention to detail, comfort working directly with research participants, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance, while completing required trainings and contributing to ongoing study coordination and administrative support.
