Jefferson Healthcare is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly organized Staff Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment of non-provider, non-clinical, and support staff positions across our organization. In this collaborative role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and members of the HR team to deliver timely, high-quality, and compliant hiring outcomes that support our mission and workforce needs.

The Staff Recruiter manages job requisitions, candidate screening and interviews, and offer coordination, while maintaining strong candidate pipelines and providing a positive, respectful candidate experience through clear and timely communication. This role plays a key part in ensuring all hiring practices align with Jefferson Healthcare policies, applicable collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), and federal, state, and local employment laws, including Washington State requirements, and supports internal candidates as they navigate transfer and promotional opportunities.

What you'll need:

• Required:
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a unionized environment or ability to quickly learn CBA requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Preferred:
  • Healthcare recruiting experience
  • Familiarity with Washington State labor and employment laws
  • Experience recruiting high-volume or hard-to-fill staff roles

Schedule: 1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week; Day Shift; Onsite; Exempt

• The base salary range for this position reflects both market competitiveness and the full compensation potential for the role. Individual offers will be determined based on a candidate's qualifications and experience beyond the stated minimum requirements. In most cases, compensation will fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range. Placement above the midpoint will be reserved for candidates whose qualifications significantly exceed the minimum requirements.
