MGB McLean 3East Partial Hospital Program (PHP) is recruiting for a full-time staff psychologist. The McLean 3East PHP is internationally known as a leader in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for adolescents and young adults. The 3East PHP specializes in the treatment of suicidality, self-harm behavior, and emotional dysregulation. As a DBT program housed within a world-class academic medical center, we have access to consultation from leading experts across specialties, allowing for more comprehensive, effective, and robust treatment for patients with complex comorbid conditions. We are a four-week (20-day) program serving young people of all genders aged 14 through early 20s.
3 East programs offer a full-model DBT treatment woven into all aspects of clinical
care.

Education
Doctor of Psychology Clinical Psychology required or Doctor of Psychology Child Psychology required

Licenses and Credentials
Psychologist [State License] - Generic - HR Only preferred
Experience
Experience in consultation with patients and staff, evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, ERP, DBT, ACT), and clinical intervention with children and/or adolescents, and presenting to large and small audiences 0-1 year preferred and Experience in supervising psychology trainees 0-1 year preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent clinical interviewing and assessment/therapy skills to work with patients and families.

- Strong customer service orientation.
- Strong quantitative analytical abilities.
