Job Description

Responsible for supply plan activities for all products from 3rd party vendors within the portfolio assigned. Supply planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance, delivery fulfillment and revenue max-out in line with business performance. Supply planning factors in all aspects related to demand forecast, inventory (wafer / die / wip / FG), logistics and included the components of open and planned customer orders, on hand quantities, On time delivery/cycle time, material MOQ / lead time, safety stock, production leveling and demand chase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Function as a key member of platform and business teams providing supply status in relation to overall demand requirement (Forecast / Actual demand / Build Strategy) while facilitating effective communication between supply chain, OSAT (3rd party vendor) manufacturing, customer services, and all related support functions.
  • OSAT management - Plan and prepare Production Orders/Work Orders via SAP (POs), overseeing all aspects of OSAT management including Work-in-Progress (WIP) movement, material shortages, and backlog resolution, ensuring timely shipping within target ship date / standard cycle time.
  • Monitor order fulfillment progress, providing timely feedback and devising contingency plans. Coordinate monthly forecasts with OSAT, ensuring prompt follow-up and negotiation for delivery commitments.
  • Analyze inventory, maintain planning parameters master data, and drive improvement in delivery performance metrics
  • Conduct inventory analysis, including managing Days of Inventory (DOI), addressing slow-moving and obsolete stock, adjusting order quantities, recommending material substitutions, and depleting inventory.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of planning parameters master data, ensuring precise reporting within systems, and utilize performance metrics to drive improvement in delivery performance, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Supplier OTD, Cycle Time, and B2B transaction statistics and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management /supply chain/engineering or Operation Planning.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' related working experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment or subcon management.
  • Experience in the industry or similar setting with end-to-end supply chain understanding is an added advantage.
  • Experience in SAP, Kinaxis, ERP systems operation and control is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application – excel and Power BI tools. Advanced Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
  • Good analysis with planning (SCM) sensitivity
  • Able to work & communicate well with OSATs
  • Strong sense of urgency and of responsibility and deadline-driven
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
