The Ecosystem Health team protects our users and helps ensure a safe, authentic experience across Grindr. We build products and systems that safeguard the integrity of user accounts and activity, tackling spam, fake accounts, fraud, illegal activities, and harmful conduct while preserving the privacy, discretion, and freedom of our community values.
As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll drive the Ecosystem Health product roadmap and bring it to life - from AI-powered detection systems and fraud prevention to account authenticity and moderation. You’ll partner with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Privacy, and Customer Experience to turn complex fraud and safety challenges into effective products, lead technical execution, and deliver measurable improvements in user safety and platform integrity. This is an opportunity to own some of Grindr’s most consequential product surfaces, stay ahead of emerging threats, and help millions of people connect with confidence.
