You will shape products and capabilities across Referral Program and Client Management, helping create scalable experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, and sustainable marketplace performance. The role combines product strategy, roadmap ownership, data analysis, customer needs, and cross-functional execution. You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, business stakeholders, and other product teams to deliver high-quality solutions with measurable impact. Success will require balancing long-term strategic priorities with pragmatic execution and continuous product improvement. You will have significant ownership in defining product direction, prioritizing high-impact opportunities, and measuring outcomes through meaningful KPIs.
