At Too Good To Go, we dream of a planet with no food waste.
Did you know that more than 40% of all food produced gets thrown away? This unnecessary food waste and the resources needed to produce and transport it accounts for 10% of global greenhouse gas emissions.
Too Good To Go is a certified B Corporation on a mission to end food waste. We connect stores with surplus food to consumers across 20 markets in Europe, North America, and APAC — with over 140 million registered users, more than 200,000 daily active stores, and 600 million meals saved from going to waste.
That’s where you come in. We are expanding our Product team in London and looking for exceptional, commercially minded Staff Product Managers to own and scale our high-stakes, strategic B2B platform initiatives.
Why This Role?
This isn't about moving buttons or shipping minor feature tweaks. This is a rare opportunity to own a critical product domain end-to-end:
Your Mission
As a Staff Product Manager, your mission is to take a strategically important product domain and drive massive commercial growth.
What We Are Looking For
We need an entrepreneurial product leader who can balance technical product craft with sharp commercial acumen.
Our Values
- We win together: food waste is a big beast to fight. We can do it if we win together as Waste Warriors with no ego. We believe in #oneteam.
- We raise the bar: we always push for more. We work smart, smash barriers, and elevate one another.
- We keep it simple: our ambitions are bold but our solutions are simple.
- We build a legacy: we are proud of the change we are driving.
- We care: we always look out for each other. Caring is also about the way we do business. We do the right thing.
What We Have to Offer
- A rare opportunity to work in a social impact company (and certified B Corporation!) where you get to wake up every day knowing you are achieving positive change.
- The opportunity to own something genuinely important — a product at the intersection of Too Good To Go's mission and a real commercial growth lever.
- A high-visibility role with close proximity to executive leadership and direct impact on strategy.
- The experience of being part of an international company with 1,200+ enthusiastic and highly talented teammates across 20 countries — always ready to share knowledge and support.
- Strong personal and professional development in an intense and high-growth scale-up environment.
- An open company culture where you have the independence and room to unleash your creativity.
- A strong team culture where successes are celebrated together.
