The foundations of Driveri® are equally focused on providing comprehensive performance insights, highlighting positive activity, and significantly reducing the resources needed to address risk. Netradyne draws from a diverse team of innovators, technologists, and customer advocates to create an experience where customer success continues to motivate what is next.

Supported and funded by our investors, Softbank, M12, Hyundai Cradle, Point72 Ventures, Microsoft and Reliance Industrial Investments and Holdings; Netradyne is committed to building a world-class team of technologists and industry experts to deliver products that improve safety, increase productivity, and optimize collaboration within the organizations. With growth exceeding 3x year over year, our solution is quickly being recognized as a significant disruptive technology – that has put ‘legacy’ providers in a “spin” cycle trying to catch up. Our team is growing, and we need forward-thinking, uncompromising, competitive team members to continue to facilitate our growth.

We are building a new Physical AI product line at Netradyne — a vision-based platform that monitors activity across physical environments and surfaces safety risks in real time. This is founding-team work.

As the founding product engineer, you own the experiences safety managers and operations leads use every day — and the application backend behind them. This is a full-stack role with strong design taste: you make UX tradeoffs without a designer, and you build the APIs and data models that power your surfaces so the product never bottlenecks on the platform team. You work directly with customers from day one.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Safety operations dashboard — Real-time event feed, alert detail with video clips, site map, zone-violation tracking, site-level risk summaries.
  • Compliance analytics — Trend reporting, time-based comparisons, exportable reports for safety and operational record-keeping.
  • Operator scoring and coaching workflow — Worker/operator safety scoring, coaching queue, session tracking and completion.
  • Agentic product features — Conversational safety assistant over live and historical data; auto-coaching agent that drafts sessions and intervention plans; intelligent alert triage and summarization. You own how these surface to users.
  • Application-layer backend — APIs, data modeling for product features, and integration points, built against the Cloud Platform team’s primitives and contracts.
  • Rapid iteration with real customers — Ship fast, instrument usage, run pilots alongside live deployments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience with depth in frontend and full-stack product development.
  • Strong product instincts and design taste — you can make UX tradeoffs without a designer and iterate from real field usage.
  • Experience building data-dense, real-time interfaces: event feeds, dashboards with video, timelines, alert queues, complex filtering and workflow views.
  • Comfortable with backend development: API design, data modeling, multi-tenancy, role-based access control.
  • Willingness to work directly with customers in the field.
  • Proficiency in modern web languages (TypeScript/JavaScript) and a backend language (e.g. Go or Python).
  • Fluent with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) as part of your day-to-day workflow.
  • Nice to have:building or integrating AI agent features (tool use, conversational interfaces, LLM-powered surfaces) — a strong differentiator; cloud infrastructure (AWS); safety, operations, or compliance software.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
